Participants will examine the differences between conventional community employment and Customized Employment practices.

This session provides an overview of Customized Employment (CE). In this session instructors lead participants to examine the differences between conventional community employment programs and Customized Employment practices; provide examples of possible CE outcomes; and introduce Discovering Personal Genius, the Griffin-Hammis Associates’ model of Discovery.
These two training sessions together provide a brief overview of Customized Employment. Participants should attend both sessions to obtain the clear vision and practice of Customized Employment.
This training is FREE and will be delivered by two GHA Associates through Zoom.
