Executive Board

The executive board consists of the officers of the governing board and includes the president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. The president presides over all board meetings. In the event of the president’s absence the vice president will assume the duties of president. The treasurer prepares all budgets, financial statements and coordinates financial audits for NCAPSE. The secretary prepares minutes of all board meetings and executive board meetings. The By-laws permit the executive board to prepare financial statements, develop agendas, policies and procedures and contracts for recommendation in advance of full board approval. The Officers of the executive board are elected each year by the governing board during the board’s annual planning retreat.
