The purpose of attending the annual APSE conference is to gain information that will be beneficial to NCAPSE that will increase our knowledge of current trends and best practice. The distribution of complimentary registration passes enables NCAPSE to provide assistance to professionals; individuals receiving supported employment services, or to the parent of an individual in supported employment based upon the policies of the state chapter. NCAPSE gains considerable value from sponsoring a variety of different individuals and stakeholders to attend the national conference.

The purpose of attending the annual APSE conference is to gain information that will be beneficial to NCAPSE that will of increase our knowledge of current trends and best practice. NCAPSE gains considerable value from sponsoring a variety of different individuals and stakeholders to attend the national conference. The award of one or more financial awards enables NCAPSE to provide assistance to professionals; individuals receiving supported employment services, or to the parent of an individual in supported employment to attend the conference that might otherwise not have the resources to attend. Therefore NCAPSE will strive to allocate a designated fund for such service awards each year during its budget cycle development if the previous year's’ revenue are sufficient to support the Member Service Awards fund.
